During your stop at Eagle Point, you will see a Native American Indian Village, and it demonstrates some existing dwellings used by Native American tribes in times of old. What’s a tour without a meal? Yes, meals are included. You will get to enjoy an Artisan Deli Lunch with your choice of Turkey, Ham or Veggie along with chips, fruit and a cookie. We also provide breakfast snacks.

The helicopter trip/boat combo experience is approximately an hour long. Grand Vegas Tours does not operate this service and the amount of time it takes is subject to the helicopter and boat operators.
Your flight is above and beyond the rim of the Grand Canyon and its duration is approximately 10-15 minutes.
Pontoon boat ride is approximately 10 minutes.

Does the tour include food and beverage?
We provide unlimited bottled water on all tours. A light breakfast snack and lunch is provided on our day trips to the Grand Canyon.
Do you stop at the Hoover Dam?
Yes, we offer a four-hour Hoover Dam Classic Tour. Also, our Grand Canyon tours include a photo stop at the Hoover Dam which is approximately 15 to 20 minutes long.
Do you accept gratuity?
Tips are accepted and appreciated for a job well done. We suggest a 10% tip minimum which is industry standard.
Do you have to be super fit to walk the Grand Canyon?
Our day trips are not strenuous hikes, and typically you are given a few hours to move at a pace that is comfortable for you. Guests do not have to be super fit to sightsee on our day trips.
What items should we bring?
Bring your camera to capture and preserve beautiful memories. A government issued photo ID is required for all flight tours. Other helpful things to bring are beverages with a screw-on cap, sunscreen, sunglasses and cash or credit cards if you are planning to purchase anything such as souvenirs!
What should we wear?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes and for the summer months’ wear sun block and hats for protection. Dressing in layers is also suggested as summer monsoon storms are common. For the winter months’ dress in warm clothing.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours from the start of the tour. Cancellations received less than 24 hours will not be refunded. To be considered for a refund, please send your communication to info@grandvegastours.com.
Are there any additional fees or surcharges?
There is no fuel surcharge, and there are no other charges on the day of the tour.
What is your policy on camera equipment?
If you have camera equipment, please make sure that everything can sit comfortably in your lap.
Is there a bathroom located on the bus?
Yes, for your convenience a restroom is located on the tour bus.
Does the bus have free WIFI?
Yes, the WIFI is provided free of charge, although it is dependent upon a clear cell phone signal.
How is the weather at the Grand Canyon?
The Grand Canyon has seasonal weather. Please check the weather report for Grand Canyon, Arizona before your visit. Sunscreen and hats are highly recommended during the summer months. Grand Vegas Tours may choose to operate all tours as long as the weather conditions do not pose a safety concern.
